Royal Military College Christmas Concert Supports United Way
What: The band of the Royal Military College of Canada will present its annual Christmas Concert in support of the United Way on Friday, November 16, at 7:30 p.m.
The concert band will showcase a full version of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” with singers and a narrator. The choir will perform two ends of the spectrum; “’Twas in the Moon of Wintertime”, which is considered to be the first Canadian Christmas Carol, as well as the exciting “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen. And finally, stage band is featuring a medley of songs from the famous “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and “Color my World” by Chicago.
Tickets are $5 in advance or $6 at the door; children under 10 free admission. Tickets are limited and available at RMC’s Yeo Hall Canex and the United Way office, 417 Bagot Street. Proceeds from the concert will go to the United Way KFL&A.
