7th Annual Next Gen Masquerade tickets on sale now – just in time for last-minute holiday shopping
Take advantage of early bird pricing until January 31st, 2019
Kingston, ON (Dec. 20, 2018) United Way Next Gen is pleased to present the seventh annual Next Gen Masquerade on Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 at the Renaissance Event Venue in Kingston. Masquerade is a fundraising event, organized and run by volunteers from the United Way Next Gen initiative.
This year, tickets are available for a special early bird price of $30 before January 31, 2019, making them a perfect last-minute gift.
“Tickets to the Next Gen Masquerade are definitely a gift to a great time in the New Year,” said Gillian Moren, Next Gen Masquerade Committee Chair. “It’s also an event that offers something for everyone – live music, dancing, dressing up, and of course giving back to the community.”
The event is sponsored by KPMG the unique semi-formal social soiree gives guests the chance to slip on a mask and enjoy a night of dancing, cocktails, complimentary hors d’oeuvres, prizes and a little intrigue! Guests are welcome to bring their own masks or pick one up at the event with a donation to the United Way.
“It’s an opportunity to get creative with your mask, get dressed up and enjoy a night out with friends, as well as to meet new people,” added Lauren Hartwick, Next Gen Masquerade Committee member. “Next Gen is a great initiative to be involved with and connect with other young professionals and future leaders in our community and this is the biggest Next Gen event of the year.”
United Way Next Gen’s Masquerade has become a much-anticipated event, selling out quickly in recent years. Last year, over 230 Next Genners attended the event raising a record $9,500 for their community and in the past six years the event has raised nearly $40,000.
