United Way strengthens the voluntary sector by offering training and workshops
to non-profit organizations throughout KFLA. The Leadership Development Services (LDS) public workshops are designed for board members, senior staff and volunteers to build capacity and develop the skills needed to become effective leaders.

This interactive introductory course helps your board understand their roles and which Board structure works best for your organization. Tips and tools will support your governance role, regardless of the size of your organization.
